Averlend was founded on a simple frustration. Good deals were dying on slow bank timelines while borrowers with real collateral and real plans waited months for a decision. We built a lender that solves that, funding against the asset and the exit so capital arrives when the opportunity is still alive.

As an Averlend Capital LLC company, we control our own capital and our own underwriting. That independence is the difference between a maybe in ninety days and a wire in a matter of days.
